I can't quite fathom the business practices at Fetterman. The products, it seems, are very highly rated. The problem is getting them to your loved ones house. The office staff seems to be lacking in common courtesy or decency. I'll acknowledge the difficulty of post COVID supply chain issues; however, waiting 3 months for products for ADA patients because lack of "insurance codes" leaves me frustrated. Great crutches and accessories! I have the custom titanium lite sticks I use the er tornado tips. The website is easy to use and the shipping time is good! Every time I see someone using crutches or cane also amputees I tell them about this site!
