My last visit was in October 2024, at that time there were no mask required. Flash forward 3 months later after the presidential election now mask's are required. There is no science behind this because masks don't protect you from anything. Considering that most of the population has been vaccinated, what message does this practice sends? Maybe it says that they still don't have a clue. Just ideology.
Ever since Dr. Gibbs retired, this place has gone downhill completely. They should be sued 100% for malpractice and I’m going to look into that for sure. They need to be investigated. The amount of complaints of people not getting the prescriptions, proper referrals, and genuine help that they need are astronomical. So sad.

My Mom has been a Fetter patient @ the Cross office for a long time. July 25, 2024 was her 1st visit to Moncks Corner office. The staff was very polite & extremely helpful with the transition. And that means the world to me.There office was emaculate, extremely comfortable atmosphere. Mom was happy. So, I'm ecstatic. Awesome staff! Thank you Ladies!
