Muy mal servicio. Me toco una señora de apellido Martinez, que persona más arrogante. No quiso agarrar mi carro para darle mantenimiento.. hice mi cita y por llegar un poco tarde no me atendieron.. mi van la iba yo a dejar para el siguiente dia... Jamás vuelvo a ese lugar

After 26 years of owning Ford Explorers and Expeditions, the Fette Service experience is driving me away as a Ford customer. It is not an isolated experience but extraordinarily poor communications and customer service. I won't go into the rest. Some bright spots people wise, but it is almost like Fette owners does not want to provide service.

If you want to waste your time, I highly recommend Fette Ford Service Center! Looking for a good place to have your vehicle repaired? Look for anywhere besides Fette Ford! They will refuse to diagnose your issues, refuse to return your calls, and most importantly, they will keep you in limbo for weeks with no resolution! If you love the feeling of uncertainty, go to Fette Ford! After using their services, they will have you questioning your choice in purchasing a ford vehicle!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my mother-in-law has received at your dealership. As an older woman who does not speak English fluently, she has been repeatedly taken advantage of, and it is disgraceful.
