It's hard to get in hold of Kia Service Center by phone, but this place is good to drop off your vehicle for repair, as the service center rep will call you after it has been repaired. I took my 2024 Kia Forte because i was having issues with my radio and media, and I was able to get an update via phone within few hours that it was fixed and was ready to be pickedup
Customer service by phone and in person is not good. You call no one picks up, when they do pick up and transfer you straight to voicemail. They also didn’t call me to pick up my license plates and I had to call them which no one picked up the phone so I go in and the dealership is empty and workers just talking to each other. That’s just horrible!
I went there because my car was dead but the battery was fine, after a week of my vehicle at Fette Kia I get a call from one of the service advisors and told me my car had rodent damage it was about $9000 to fix it to call my insurance. I told him it couldn’t be I didn’t believe it so I tow my car to Jack Daniel’s Kia in FairLawn for a second opinion and they told me there was no rodent damage it was a loose connector charge me $200 to diagnose that’s it. Won’t be stepping foot at Fette again.
Darshan and this service center are great! I should have purchase my Kia at this dealership instead at Kia of Riverdale. What Kia of Riverdale could not fix for me on my new 2025 kia k4, Darshan and his team did in a day (It took Kia of Riverdale 3 days to diagnose and they still couldn’t fix it). From now on, I’m bringing all my Kia vehicles here. Darshan is my go to guy from now on!
