Having worked in the food and beverage industry for close to 20 years, I know how important a good knife and good sharp knife is. I live three hours away from Reno and finally found the best knife sharpener around. Fair price and Boyd this Jim do a great job! Highly recommend.
JW had my 5 kitchen knives sharpened to perfection within a couple hours of being dropped off at his shop. You'll get your knives back with a few band aids taped to them. You'll understand why when he demonstrates how sharp he got your knives. JW has the skill and the proper tools to deliver great value!
Excellent! Brought in 3 kitchen knives for sharpening. Came back a couple of hours later and the knives were as sharp as razors. Even went above and beyond to clean up cosmetic scratches and make knives look like new. Very reasonable pricing. Good people. Highly recommend.
