I will never bring my standard poodle to this place ever again. I brought her here bc of the amazing award winning groomers. Instead of attempting to make my Paris look beautiful and working to get some of the matting in her tail out they shaved her head to toe completely bald. On top of that they cut into both of her ears, the top of her head, inner side of her ear, and her neck. It's been a few days and her ear is still bleeding.
