To Dr. Kim, Jordan, Savannah, and all the amazing other staff at Fetch, THANK YOU! You all took wonderful care of our boy Sampson when we thought he had a broken leg. You were all so patient, kind, and caring during that scary time. Dr. Kim took such care of our dog during his visit, and explained each and everything he was doing, went over his x-rays, and gave us a clear understanding of his care plan. I have never been such blown away with the kindness we received at Fetch, so I highly recommend this place!
I can’t express enough how phenomenal this facility & team are. Through the worst experience of our lives we were at peace knowing the Dr’s & vet techs honestly worked so hard to fix our boy. The most amazing Veterinary Care ever! We've had pets for over 50 years and have had lots of good experiences with Veterinarians and Animal Hospitals in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. FETCH and their staff have been awesome! Our 12 year old Yorkie was very sick in December. We took her to FETCH late on a Friday night. We were very upset and the front desk employees were so helpful and caring. They contacted a Doctor and got us into a room. The Doctor examined her, did bloodwork, got her into the hospital for the weekend. She needed IV medication, other meds and a specialized diet. We brought her home thin, weak, and scared. Came in with a dog who the vet had done all she could think of. So far meds are working and we are hoping this is solution. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the vet tech. Dr. Carly Lulo is informative and not pushy.
