The staff at Fetch are so caring and kind. My dog was having pregnancy complications and needed a C-Section. Unfortunately, we couldn’t afford to have it done at Fetch but the team there helped us explore more options and now my babygirl will be okay. I’m forever grateful for their help.
I had to hospitalize my dog at FETCH. I first took him to my vet and was referred to FETCH due to very high liver and other levels. We ended up doing a CT scan which showed a closed bile duct in the gallbladder caused by mild pancreatitis. There were possible masses that were ruled out on the CT scan as the vets were worried about a liver mass. To me this seems like great work they were able to find the cause and start treatment. Such caring people. They took their time, answered all questions and let us stay as long as we needed to feel comfortable in getting out sick pup home.
For an emergency vet clinic you won’t find a better place. We had Dr. Jaewoong Ricky Kim take care of our dog and he did an amazing job. You already don’t want to be at an emergency vet because it’s likely bad news but Dr. Ricky was so kind and made the visit as pleasant as possible. He addressed all of our concerns quickly and with thorough detail explained everything to us. It was nice to have a calming conversation in the midst of an emergency.
