We took our dog here in the early morning hours because she had started throwing up after chewing up an SD card. And instead of starting to treat her for that they wanted to do a Parvo test. And then wanted to start talking about doing xrays to check for pieces of the card. I declined any further care and left. I took her first thing to her vet when they opened and his response was “why would you do a Parvo test? If they chew something up you start looking for what they chewed up .” I think they just grab for what ever money... read more
We are very lucky in Greenville to have to be large enough to have places like Fetch that have so many resources and so much expertise but still have such caring and special people that treat you with patience and compassion like a small town vet that has known you for years. The team at Fetch were WONDERFUL to us at a very difficult time and we always felt our pup was getting the best care. This has got to be the best vet hospital in the Southeast. Been to this vet a couple times outside of normal vet office hours. Every time, they were so friendly, helpful, and kind, and very efficient in getting us seen. We were lucky to not be going at a particular busy time, so we were usually only in the office with one or two other patients, but we were still in and out in under an hour after being seen. Prescriptions, lab work, consultation, all a reasonable price, and I trusted and felt like the staff were paying close attention and care to my cat and communicating what we need... read more
Our Ella girl was really sick and was cared for at Fetch for several days before we had to let her go. Throughout the time she was there, all of the staff were very caring and compassionate. Although our sweet girl didn't make it, I know they did everything they could to save her while also comforting us as much as possible in the process. Thank you to everyone who cared for our girl during her last days. 💔
