Fetch has provided intermediate care for my rabbits since 2022. Scheduling is simple and the pet sitters are reliable, down to earth, and trustworthy people. They come to my home to discuss pet care in advance and when I am away they share photos in real time so I can see that my rabbits are happy and healthy. Rabbits are especially difficult to care for because they have specialized needs but I feel comfortable with fetch associates caring for my bunnies when i have to leave home.
I loved the opportunity to do a meet-and-greet before starting service, it made sure my doggo felt comfortable with the walker. Their team is super sweet and communicative. Highly recommend!
I have used Fetch! Pet Care of Greater Chicago several times for my pup, Baxter. He has loved his sitters and they have treated him like he is their own. It's so nice to be able to travel and know that Baxter can stay in his home environment and be safe and loved!
Honestly, had been pretty polite, but when I needed something beyond the anctual appointment, I was led in circles. Nothing against the physical, just a sour taste afterwards with their customer service
The last year or so, their service and their franchise model has really tanked the system. Would not recommend. Do your research before booking with any of these franchises
