My cat sitter, Stephanie, is great! She has been taking care of my cat for years and I always know she is in good hands while I'm gone from home.
The app is easy to use. They are quick to respond to service requests. We consistently get the same pet sitter or they make efforts to find a good replacement. The sitters are incredibly reliable and responsive. It’s a leap of faith to hire a pet sitter; Fetch makes it easy to trust them.
I had a great experience with Fetch! Veronica was extremely kind and took great care of my two cats. Communication worked very well through the app. I would happily have Veronica watch my cats again.
Fetch has provided intermediate care for my rabbits since 2022. Scheduling is simple and the pet sitters are reliable, down to earth, and trustworthy people. They come to my home to discuss pet care in advance and when I am away they share photos in real time so I can see that my rabbits are happy and healthy. Rabbits are especially difficult to care for because they have specialized needs but I feel comfortable with fetch associates caring for my bunnies when i have to leave home.
