Charlottesville Pet Concierge has been a wonderful experience each time we have used them. The communication is great, getting services set up is easy and the pet sitters take loving care of our dogs - Max and Rachel are the best. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking for care for their pets.

We’ve used Sandra with Charlottesville Pet Concierge for over 3 years to care for our cats when we’re out of town, and cannot say enough good things about the care they provide. Sandra is absolutely amazing - she knows each cat’s personality and needs, is able to give medicine, and helps them stay in their routine. This is the third time we’ve used Charlottesville Pet Concierge and every time they have outstanding service. Krista is an excellent dog watcher and she just loves the dogs with her whole heart! She even went above and beyond when she realized we didn’t have a second leash for our second dog so she brought one from home just to be able to give them a walk. That’s the kind of service you don’t get every day.
