We’ve used Fetch! for nearly 2 years to care for our cats when we’re out of town, and cannot say enough good things about the care they provide. Sandra is absolutely amazing - she knows each cat’s personality and needs, is able to give medicine, and helps them stay in their routine. Communication is easy and excellent - the web portal is really easy to use to make bookings & update pet info, and the visit journals and photos make it a lot easier to be away. Reliable, efficient and trustworthy! Staff personnel are patient and accommodating of an unfiendly pet. Jay and Sandra did a great job yesterday and today dealing with an unfiendly cat.
I used Fetch pet sitting to watch my dog when I was out of town. Stacy and Max did such an amazing job walking and caring for him, it made my travel easier knowing he was in great hands! I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them again in the future for my furry best friend.
I could not recommend Fetch! Charlottesville enough! We absolutely adore Rachel, Cameron, and Sandra who take amazing care of our sweet dog, Poppy! She looks forward to their visits and the pet sitters take extreme care to ensure the safety and quality of the visit(s). Between belly rubs, walks, pictures, and attention to detail - there’s no one in the Crozet/Cville area I trust more!
