Great customer service, nice selection of very well priced but high quality frames for both sunglasses and prescription glasses, knowledgeable staff, and most of all all profits are donated for a good cause (animal welfare)!

Unbelievable experience with Fetch. I found myself in the area and decided to stop in to their storefront to see what the hype was about (I have a friend who highly recommended them) and was blown away. The staff that was working that day were very friendly and helpful. I didn't plan on buying anything when I went in but after hearing more about their mission and what they stand for, I couldn't help but buy two pairs of sunglasses. Over Covid I had no clue how to go about getting new glasses. I ended up being confusing with my prescription and pupillary distance but all the people at Fetch worked patiently persistently and Very Kindly with me sorting out my prescription and the fit - and all accomplished over the internet and mail - during this crazy time. Plus their frames are a step above much of what I see out there. Thank You!
This was by far the best experience I have had buying glasses. I used their service which allowed me to try on glasses at home. This not only allowed me to sample different styles, but also gave me a chance to make sure the fit was comfortable over an extended period of time.
