I've been in for 4 separate piercing appointments. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The piercers are patient and help clients relax, giving step by step updates. The shop is clean, beautifully styled, and there is plenty of jewelry in stock to choose from.
Friendly and informative my daughter got her nose pierced and they gave us a lot of good information.
I've been into Fetch twice, once for my additional lobe and a cartilage piercing, and this most recent time for a nose piercing. I would highly recommend them! Lovely staff, from the scheduling phone call to the visit itself. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Took a 4 year old in for the ear piercing she has been wanting for over a year. She was super excited and Fetch did not disappoint. Angel and Justin pierced her ears, both at the same time quick and easy. She says it didn't hurt at all. And she told us there were no surprises. Hahaha! Which is what Angel and Justin promised her. It was a great experience! I was way more tense than the 4 year old! She was ready to go! REMEMBER: bring a real government issues birth certificate. The hospital created one won't work.
Great piercer! Beautiful jewelry. Appreciate they squeezed me in without an appointment.
