We got catering for 10 hungry dudes and they nailed it. 3lb each of brisket and pulled pork, 4 racks of ribs, 3dz wings, 3qts each of 3x sides, dz pieces of cornbread with honey butter. We had just the right amount of leftovers, mostly sides and then just a couple of wings and ribs. Fetch made all the food for our 4th of July party. Josie was very helpful in the planning process with figuring how much food we needed for the number of guests we were having. Open communication throughout. Pickup was right on time. Food was hot and very well packaged. Our guests loved it! Everyone complimented the meal! There was plenty of food. Folks took some home. We hired Fetch to cater our daughter’s graduation party and had the food delivered. The food arrived on-time and the delivery boys were very polite and helpful assisting us with the set-up. Through out our event all our guests raved about how delicious the food was and I agree 100% It was a pleasure to work with Josie she helped me figure out the right selections for our crowd.
