I love the front desk team! My interactions with them have always been amazing. However..throughout my experience with the rest of the team, I feel as though communication could be better. This is my first pregnancy and first time navigating a high risk pregnancy. At times, I feel like I had to advocate for myself more than I had anticipated or should have had too. I would give negative stars if that was possible. Way too much to fit into this review. DO NOT go here. Dr. Jenkins and his staff are insane. The front desk staff was great. A couple techs/nurses were great. Kristy is unhinged, unprofessional and inappropriate. She actually chased me outside after an appointment. It has taken me a long time to send any feedback because this place traumatized me.
