Not just on time, but earlier than expected. Easy appintment making. Good communication. The plumber himself (Larry) contacted me and walked me though the job while I was at work, not just some auto recording or call center.
Great job fixing both my shower valves. Didn't try to over sell me anything. Friendly and professional. And they came out when they said they would, unlike another local company!! Will continue to use them for any of my plumbing needs and will recommend them to others as well. Thank you guys!!

We normally do not leave negative reviews, but after our experience, we feel it is important to share it for other homeowners. During plumbing work being performed in our newly built home, a major water incident occurred that resulted in significant property damage affecting multiple areas of the home, including parts of the kitchen, ceilings, walls, cabinetry, appliances, and electrical areas and bedroom ceiling. WOW!, Festus Plumbing is absolutely incredible! I had an underground leak on my property where the main water line connects to my house. My water company confirmed it was my responsibility, so I called Festus and they came out the same day within just a few hours! Not only did they diagnose the problem quickly, they fixed it immediately using the proper piping and glue. They even upgraded the connector from plastic to metal, which was such a smart touch.
