This company stepped up and helped a local animal shelter, got them set up with running water and helped not only the family but all those animals! What a great gesture, a company that cares, and great employees. You guys are awesome! Thank you for helping!
The plumbers are very knowledgeable with great service, and was at my house the next day early morning to get my water heater replaced and working. Also had electricians out to fix my breaker that was too large for my water heater and got me fixed up there as well. I would highly recommend
Today, a miracle happened at McCann Rescue Farm. For 6 months, we've been hauling 55-gallon drums of water every 2 days just to care for our animals... doing whatever it took to keep them going. I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. During the recent freeze, I had a leak and called for service. They came out, diagnosed the issue as a faulty valve that needed to be replaced, but said they couldn’t fix it that day because they had other service calls scheduled. I was charged a $190 call-out fee for that visit. They returned one week later to replace the valve and charged me an additional $220. Water heater maintenance was quick, easy and affordable. Absolutely loved the service provided. Staff were very friendly, quick and communicative . Definitely will be doing future business with them.
