When Chick and her husband owned this business it was run well and they delivered. They cared about their customers. New owner runs this business sloppy, doesn't return calls, no one answers phone during business hours, no return emails, etc. Lots of locals disappointed and frankly disgusted. If you do not want to do business just say so, no need to play games. There are other local and non local float rental companies and manufacturers that will be happy to earn your business. Great service
Recently, I pulled a float in the Tampa 2020 Gasparilla children's parade for the Walk with Warriors group benefiting our first responders and military, I have to compliment Festive Floats on their attention to detail, quality of the float and overall professionalism! The Frestive Float TEAM ensured all floats they were managing (50+) for the parade were unique in design, safe for the riders and pleasing to the crowds. No small feat. Great job and I would highly recommend.
Witnessed a caravan of their floats pollute the expressway with plastic confetti for over 30 miles. You should be ashamed.
