Working with the staff at Festival Tent and Party Rentals in Windsor was such a great experience. Their staff is so very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in supporting customers with event planning. I ordered bistro tables with snugly fitting black tablecloths, beautiful white chairs with padded seats, a large tent with sides that had beautiful windows that allowed the light to stream in , and lastly, I ordered black curtains on large rods to provide a clear, clean, looking walkway through the garage into the backyard. Festival Tent & Party Rental made our family get together stress-free and beautiful! We rented a 40x60 tent, tables, chairs, and lighting for our event in Woodslee. Their team was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Setup was prompt and professional — everything arrived clean, high-quality, and in perfect condition. Excellent customer service from start to finish. If you need tents or party rentals for a wedding, party, these are the people to call. We'll definitely use them again! Highly recommended!
Excellent company to work with! We use their services frequently throughout the year for various events. Most recently we had their large tent set up for a St. Patrick's Day celebration. Unfortunately we experienced some windy weather that weekend, and Festival was on-site more than once to repair any damage and fix any issues. Highly recommend this company for all your party needs!
