Highly recommend Festival on the 8th for your next event. We celebrated my husband's 30 military retirement party at The Shack's Festival on the 8th on August 1, 2025 It was prefect! We originally were going to have it outside at the back Shack, but decided to move it inside at the last minute because of the heat (no additional funds needed). Venue was so fun. The food was great and the drinks were amazing. Incredible time
I had hoped to leave a raving review but unfortunately my daughter wedding fell apart and festival on 8th was of no help. My daughter wanted to get married ON the beach. I was given info for all vendors associated with this and paid my deposit to festival. Upon securing the venue we learned from the city of Va beach that a reggae concert was taking place that weekend which not only affected the wedding but the hotel rooms booked.
