RecommendedI left my cellphone earlier today in a cart. When I went back 2 of the gentlemen handling carts tonight help me look for my phone in all the carts inside and out. They found out! Awesome customer service, and all this during a winter storm
I'm not one to complain ...but Sunday morning shopping early . like 750 I check out and ask if there's any baggers cause I have a fuller cart and there's a line of people behind me as there is only 1 checkout open. Guy says nope not til 8 , doesn't bother to give a hand as people behind are getting aggravated as well. We ran into an issue with our groceries (which was our fault) and they helped us out with no hesitation. Great customer service. We are Festival Food customers fir life.
Used Click N Go service on 4/10/20. I wasn't given one of my bins and was told I would receive a credit in a couple of days. 7 days later, no credit. Called to follow up and was told no manager onsite to help me. I was given a Click N Go employee and was told there is nothing she can do and I need to contact the support team. Called the number she gave me and had to leave a message, no one to take my call. Won't use the service again.
I just wanted to say thank you to all of the hard workers during these rough times. Your store is very clean and had all of the essentials I needed when a lot of other places don't. Thank you for all that you do.
