Very clean and very well put together
You never east side have handicap carts charged and there are not enough handicap parking spots. Just left your store without shopping because of this and not the first time. Great store but you are forcing me to go else where.
They can't tell the difference between limes and lemons. I purchased 4 limes for a dollar, and I was charged for 4 lemons at 2 for a dollar. Not worth my time or drive back there!

I have never been so disappointed with a bakery. Festival has done such great work for me up until this last time I ordered from the bakery. The bakers even called me to confirm my order and they still got it wrong TWICE!!! We went back the next morning thinking they fixed the issue and gave me the exact same thing I took back. It was for my daughters 6th birthday and I am completely dissatisfied with festival and the customer service. I will not be going back for any special order bakery needs.
I just got home from Festival on University and Im in a bad mood from my visit. Today was the 2nd time I had to deal with the same person in the deli. This person is rude, disrespectful and smart mouthed! He has no business being in customer service. I let him know I was very unhappy with his service and he tells me to go to mgmt cause what they pay him isnt worth it. Well buddy, that's what I did. You ruined an hour of my day and I refuse to let you ruin the rest.
