the cakes are awesome. the cake decorator does a excellent job in her work. vera knows what shes doing ill only get my cakes done by her cause she does what i ask for .. keep up the excellent work .
I love Festival Foods. The only reoccurring thing is the red head dude in the liquor department. The last 2 times there it seemed to be an inconvenience for him to do his job. Today the Card reader froze and when I said something to him there was a huge sigh and a very disrespectful "take your card out then". After the transaction he bagged everything but didn't push it to be easily accessible at the end of the lane. I was reaching behind the plexiglass almost on the CPU reader to get my bags. It’s always a great experience here. In these crazy times as a nurse I appreciate being able to have a clean stocked store to get in and right back out. The customer service is EXCELLENT
We drive from Huntley, IL to shop here. The staff is amazing. They are courteous, have a neat appearance and best of all, very friendly. The pride shown by each employee is refreshing. Honestly My wife and I are in awe of how clean and well organized the store is and is consistently this way. The food varieties are plentiful. Fresh and prepared foods look great and even better, they taste great. It’s obvious why Festival Foods is successful.
In these trying times your employees seemed so patient and friendly. I was in there yesterday getting items for my parents who live in Janesville. Your check out people were so pleasant! Thank you
