I was very irritated this evening when we got to the register and tried to pay with our Festival gift cards, only to find out *at that time* that the entire card system was down and they could only accept cash. I used to work in a grocery store and I understand that things happen. However, there should be signs on the doors and announcements on the speaker system alerting customers to the issue before they reach check out. The quality and product selection is some of the best! I am most pleased with the meat department and knowing exactly what I am buying and where the meat products come from, unlike some other stores. I was very disappointed one day when we were going to buy steaks from another store and after talking to the butcher, that meat was from Mexico and it was not indicated on the packaging.
