RecommendedI shop at Festival often...employees always seem helpful and happy. Today, I thought I left my phone at the store....I called and the staff member that answered was so friendly and helpful she even offered to go check the checkout lane I was in. She didnt find my phone but was genuinely concerned and apologetic about the loss. Such caring and nice employees! Side Note....I did find my phone in my car!! LOL

I just want to say thank you ti the great staff at festival. Their new click and go option is awesome. Easy and very convenient. Everyone is so friendly, even when they have to deliver the groceries in the cold weather! If you haven’t tried this i really recommend it!!
