RecommendedI shop at Festival often...employees always seem helpful and happy. Today, I thought I left my phone at the store....I called and the staff member that answered was so friendly and helpful she even offered to go check the checkout lane I was in. She didnt find my phone but was genuinely concerned and apologetic about the loss. Such caring and nice employees! Side Note....I did find my phone in my car!! LOL
