Incredible Store I shop at Foods Festival three to four nights a week and every time that I go in there everyone is very nice. There is always someone in the aisles that I can ask questions to and the lines are never long at all. Every time that a manager is paged they promptly come and help. One time the battery on my car died and the manager there actually jumped my car! All and all I do think that Foods Festival has world class customer service and amazing prices.
Good Quality, but be wary of the prices. Although I would recommend this store for fresh produce and deli meat, I wouldn't buy much else. The cereal, snack foods, bread, frankly most bagged, boxed, and canned goods are far more expensive than Walmart (many items by at least a dollar). For my family, that is a difference we simply can't afford right now.
wonderful store I have to say I think festival foods has really good prices. They run as every week and you are sure to find a bargin here or there. I wish thee were more of them so others could have the oppurtubnity to shop there. They are always freindly and very helpful if I am looking for something. PROS: great bargins CONS: need moe stores
unhappy customer, bait and switch??? As a newcomer to ther area I received a $10.00 off coupon which I used last week, spending about $30.00. It was a good shopping experience,so I went back this week. I tried to purchase a Standing Rib Roast priced at $4.99 per lb. When I asked for a larger roast than was in the case, meat department told me no problem they were just cutting them.When I received my roast the price was $7.99 per lb. Best Grocery Store In Kansas City!!! I love Festival Foods! The customer service is great! I can go any time of the day or night and get all the help I need! The employee are always so friendly. My biggest complaint is that there are not more stores in town! I always tell everyone I know to shop at Festival Foods! This is defiently a 5 star rated store!
Very poor service, unprofessional I've been a customer since the store first opened and after the poor service I received today I won't be going back. The cashier made a mistake with my order and called the store manager over for help. He yelled at her in front of everyone in the store. I took my order over to customer service for a refund and decided to take my money to HyVee or Price Chopper where the service is always wonderful. not worth it it's unprofessional. poor service. prices are too high for the quality that is available. the managers are sloppy and rude to employees in front of customers which is disturbing. i would not go there again.
Lowest Prices In Town Festival Foods has the best prices of any store in Kansas City. I actually work at another grocery store close by and still choose to shop at Festival.
World class sales I really like this store when they have sales. They really have great deals! The cheapest sale prices in town. They always seem to have something on sale every day of the week. They are always adding something and improving to this store. It is the only one in the Kansas City area. Dont miss it.
