I love shopping at Festival Foods but I have to tell ya I am not happy at this moment~ I tried the online pickup twice now...first time they forgot an item and I didn't say anything...today they messed up my order on six items! What the receipt says is what I ordered but not what I received and they didn't read any of my notes on my order...they only had a message about substituting one item which was tidbit pineapple...you would think to substitute it they would give me chunks or rings of pineapple but they gave me crushed.... read more
love shopping at Festival but have been disappointed in their sour cream donuts. twice now I've gotten a package of sour cream donuts and they have been dry like and hard. used to love those donuts there but maybe I'll just stick to kwik trip instead.
spent almost 300.00 there and went to the line where they bag and they forget to put a bag in my cart. :( having xmas Sunday and have enough to do tomorrow without have to drive all the way there to get my stuff. negative 0 stars

I would just like to thank the friendly bakery staff at the Manitowoc Festival Foods for making our Baby Gender Reveal Cupcakes! The cupcakes were amazing and had the perfect little surprise inside! Thank you again for the quick turn around and friendliness! 😍👶💙
Bakery does such a Great job on the cakes they make. Also love the seafood to.

Tonight my son and I went to by cupcakes for his birthday treat for school. The manager took and checked us out in a closed lane so we would not have to wait in line. On the way out to our car, my son was talking and pushing the cart and did. It see the curb in front of him. In hitting the curb the grocery bag tipped over and a package of cupcakes fell out of the cart and got smashed.
