Poor customer service at multiple stores!!
My son lost his balloon (not purchased from this store) out the window. Someone from the store noticed and offered to give him a new one. He is one happy little boy. I drive 30+ minuets to go to this store every week and love it. The tot spot is also very nice and I appreciate that you have it. Thank you again for the balloon and I will continue to return to your store!
