Amazing group of people and so friendly
We had a broken window in our exterior door from our little one throwing a ball. Knowing the security issue this could cause they had the glass changed that same day! Much appreciated, and that small gesture has earned my business for any glass needs in the future thanks again

Last December we decided to replace one of our bathroom mirrors. After doing some research, we chose Festival Glass, based on price and quality. Seven months later we noticed a slight discolouration at the bottom and called to advise. After sending a picture of the mirror we received two things: an apology and an appointment to have the mirror replaced the next day…..not next month or next week, but the next day.
