Last December we decided to replace one of our bathroom mirrors. After doing some research, we chose Festival Glass, based on price and quality. Seven months later we noticed a slight discolouration at the bottom and called to advise. After sending a picture of the mirror we received two things: an apology and an appointment to have the mirror replaced the next day…..not next month or next week, but the next day. Me and my wife just moved into our first home and bought a glass shower from here, the shower was quality and worth every penny.
We just had 2 beautiful bathrooms completed and the guys came in and worked hard and the finished product to our very custom bathrooms are just outstanding. If it’s not festival city glass then you’re wasting your time !!!!
