Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional — rarely answers messages, and completely ignores follow-ups. Communication is basically non-existent. As for the doctor, I felt dismissed and unsupported when I needed help most. Would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassion, responsiveness, or basic reliability.
Dr. Festino is a wonderful and very caring Doctor. I have been going to him for several years. I have chronic conditions and if I am not feeling well he always fits me into his busy schedule. He always listens intently and truly cares about your well being. Once when I was not feeling good at all he call me over a weekend to see if I was doing OK. He is the only Dr. that has ever done that for me. His office staff is the best and they go out of their way to help you.
He is knowledgeable, listens (very carefully) explains his findings, very pleasant to deal with, sympathetic and empathetic...super doctor
