Had a very frustrating experience with the service department on both drop off and pick up of a vehicle I was hoping to have serviced. On drop off the service staff seemed stunned and unsure what to do , I was the only person in there and waited close to ten minutes to be helped , there was a dog running around inside it was all very unprofessional. when I was helped neither of the employees knew how to use the computer system to take my information. Frank readily supplied a quote for some bumper repair and Tammy as always ensured getting me in literally the next week. I have been getting my car serviced at Festing for the last two years and Tammy is always a pleasure to speak with for all appointment needs, very polite and flexible. I didn't catch the name of young gentleman on Service desk but he is also very friendly and professional. Thank you for the great work, I am really happy to see my car back in shape!
