Service was good in the past, but recent invoices increased by 60.5% ($600 to $963) while the amount of work actually decreased. When questioned, pricing was explained only as “inflation,” with no clear breakdown. A small refund was issued, admin-side customer service was unpleasant, and some of our lights have been misplaced in storage. Due to these issues, we will no longer be using Festilight.

It’s nice they really did a great job on the Christmas lights I love it
I already left an extensive review basically giving Wolfgang the installer the highest of praise!...from both my husband and myself! I would highly recommend Wolfgang for any future install anyone might desire!
