2nd time today I have asked a question about Coumadin and the receptionist got it wrong. I was not calling about antibiotics before a procedure. I'm having my teeth cleaned and need to know if I should stop Coumain. Right now I'm on the phone and have been for 10 minutes with the same nurse/receptionist. She just awhile ago asked me if I would wait, then I heard her say 'Yes, baby...." Doesn't sound like other business to me. Why can't they say, "I'm busy Let me call you back."?
