They were very nice, the place was clean but I noticed after leaving my nails on the right hand are a different shape than my nails on my left hand

This nail salon is by far the best i've ever been to, everyone is so kind and gentle.
I made an online appointment and came in 10mins before the time. I was told to pick my colour and wait. 15mins after my appointment time and after another person who walked in after me was answered, I was told online reservation does not matter and I should have called. I was told to wait another 20mins. I expressed my displeasure and got no apology or concern. I have been coming here for years even before the new owners, l am very disappointed at my experience and will not be coming back.
They did my nails last minute for me for my wedding and they came out beautifully and we’re so incredibly kind to me and I went back after to get my nails redone because I loved it so much and I’ll definitely be going back again soon!!!!!
