I recently had my SSR towed to Fesler Auto Mall in Fairfield, Iowa. I am not sure I can express how grateful I am for the excellent care that was given to my roadster. The skilled, knowledgeable staff that worked on my roadster was a blessing. I was traveling through Iowa July 9th and had a rapid loss of tire pressure. Luckily I was by the Burlington street exit and quickly googled Ford dealers. I immediately drove to Fessler Auto Mall. I went in and was greeted by Chris in service. I explained I was on the road and lost tire pressure. Chris got my Bronco in within 15 minutes. Brad my service tech showed me a metal shaving that had pierced my tire. Brad immediately had my tire fixed. Chris helped me with my extended tire and wheel warranty. Had Mail Coupon for $49.99 oil change. Called ahead for appointment, told them we need a certain kind of oil filter. Representative said he'd make sure they would have what we needed. After our oil change was complete the bill they handed my husband was almost $95. We should have been informed prior to them doing the job that they wouldn't honor their Coupon.Won't be going there again.
