Had Mail Coupon for $49.99 oil change. Called ahead for appointment, told them we need a certain kind of oil filter. Representative said he'd make sure they would have what we needed. After our oil change was complete the bill they handed my husband was almost $95. We should have been informed prior to them doing the job that they wouldn't honor their Coupon.Won't be going there again.
