Very hostile environment CEO is verbally abusive calls staff names retaliation is rear form. Very high turn over rate, I do not recommend anyone to work there so unorganized it’s just horrible.
Cant advice anyone to apply to this company called fescum inc, they are very unorganized, the manager and the owner of the company is very rude. they treat there workers and staff like trash. the manger have know respect for anyone. BAD BAD BAD DON'T WORK THERE.
Fescum inc, in my opinion, gives staff adequate training to serve the individuals, they pay on time offer various benefits, offer incentive programs, organize various seminar empowerment to all staff, is vital to inform DSP that if you are hardworking and looking for a career in mental health field this is a very good company to advance your career.I was given an Ipad as a personal gift during the last Christmas and Ipad was also given to over 20 staff who worked beyond the call of duty. Applied for a job about 10 months ago, I was guided on items needed since government regulations has significantly changed from the last time I left this industry 3 years ago I was trained on DDS training topics of Phase 1, phase II , phase III and phase IV , the owner and staff are very passionate about their work, Note if you into playing around not a company to work for but if you about your business and giving back to person with disability this is a no brainer.mentoring and training development are key elements I learne... read more
Omg , I have had several health care providers look after my love one however Fescum goes above and behond, they took care of my aged mum, took her for all medical appointments, groomed and cared for her,. We treat their staff like family . I will highly recommend them. Marita Parker
