Great customer service. They were quick to get the job done and very happy to explain everything they were doing. Love this company and would recommend for anyone.
My $2000+ partitioned security system only lasted 2 years and failed. It was neither a voltage surge nor a lightning strike. I needed it fixed quickly because I was leaving for Europe and they gave me the option of giving me an estimate to fix it or fixing it without knowing the price. I couldn't have both. That's unreasonable. On top of it all, they sent a bill for $122 to confirm that it didn't work.

Alarm went off twice in the late hours of the night. No call, no referral to the police, no followup. Months back, we had a system issue and the technician stated the reason the glass break monitor went off is because the walls moved. You read that correctly. FES will nickel and dime you if they come out, even if you are under warranty. We paid handsomely for cellular alarm access only for it to stop working within months.
