Several other HVAC companies have come and gone without finding out what was wrong or being able to repair what appeared to be an issue I just needed to learn to live with or spend upwards of $2k to fix. Mr. Fertitta came and went as well in an hour maybe but unlike the other guys, he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in less time than any others who made an excuse.
