I did not realise this place reviews was not what I expected, I was unable to conceive naturally, we go thru all the processes until they decided to refer me to KEMH for salpingectomy I have been waiting for nearly 4 months so I decided to ring KEMH, they said did not receive any referral from them. I just have 2 appointments with dr, he is Ok but I have to put 1 start for the receiption services. Receiptionists do not care about the customer, a simple task but make a lot of time and follow up. Sending the medical report with usb inside the normal envelop, then I receive with a broken envelop and missing usb.....lot of issues with this department. I would like to go further steps with the doctor but eventually have to decide to stop due to unessesary issues. Hope the manager of this clinic can see this post and fix it.
Professor Hart is so educated and knowledgeable. Highly recommended him to anyone needing clarification on their fertility journey and is unsure where to start. Thank you and we are excited to be on this journey with fertility specialist of WA
Very poor coordination of care through nirsing and medical team and poor clarity on financial aspect. Not recommanded considering the IVF is very sesitive issue for people emotionally and financially.
I have waited two years to post this review as now I'm backing trying to deal with them to get my records transferred to a different clinic. FSWA has been the worst medical centre I have ever had to real with. In the early days the Dr I had showed no compassion in what we were going through, and this was felt throughout the whole clinic. I transferred to another Dr within fswa and I had a better outcome with him. However, the whole placed lacked empathy and communication.
