Please never go here. I’m appalled at how my partner and I were treated here. No care for their patients, no organisation and disrespectful. They continuously mixed up my partner and I, wrote up blood tests for me to do that were meant to be for my partner. Continuously used the wrong name and I asked this to get updated EIGHT times. They literally don’t care.

So disappointing. Most of the staff that we dealt with are kind people, but the business is shambolic and disorganized. There is little to no communication and it is very hard to get in touch with the staff. We were assigned a doctor, yet only saw that doctor a handful of times. The egg collection and embryo transfer were both done by two separate doctors. Please don’t go there. It is poorly managed, some doctors are in only once a week excluding holidays which means you can miss cycles, only a few appointments s with nurses which again will make you miss some cycles. We picked that one as we had a tight schedule were promised an appointment and then had only one two weeks later. We have been asked to do a battery of additional tests which felt like giving away cash as they can’t do anything with what they found… this is just a cash machine.

Yet another one star review for these uncaring, money grabbing time wasters. They cancelled appointments at the last minute and refused to share test results that we had paid for. Do yourself a favour and avoid these jokers at all costs.

Waste of time. Completely unorganised, too busy to take calls or reply to your emails. Takes days to get a response and you have to follow up with them. When you call they handball you off to the next person who doesn’t want to address your concern. I moved clinics and have had 100% better care and treatment elsewhere. Wouldn’t waste my time or money with these people.
