One star is too much for them. Staff do not care at all, very unhelpful, and dismissive. Had a terrible experience, would not recommend at all!

Would give zero stars if I could. This clinic consistently had ZERO idea what they were doing. Every time we needed to give a sample, nobody on site knew what was going on, gave incorrect information, did not follow through on details given in appointment bookings or requested on the day. This clinic destroyed a sample we gave despite instructions to freeze from our doctor, us when we were booking the appointment, and the form we filled out on the day. Extremely Disappointed by Administration – A Distressing Experience While our doctor was truly amazing and the nursing staff were always kind, professional, and compassionate, our overall experience at this practice has been overwhelmingly negative — and that is largely due to the administration team.
