I had a fantastic experience using Monash IVF. My nurse, Michelle, was very supportive throughout and contacted me regularly which I really appreciated. Everything was explained to me very well and I felt confident that I could ask for support whenever I needed it. Knowing their weekend support system was there should you need it was very reassuring.

Thankyou Monash IVF, Linda, Dr James Orford, Dr George (unsure how to spell his surname, sorry) Ellie and the team. As an oncology patient, only being diagnosed mid December 2024, the whole process of finding an IVF specialist was time sensitive. I have had a brilliant experience with FSSC. The staff have been so lovely especially Nicki who saw us specifically and was kind, cheerful and always supportive of our decisions. I never once felt judged or pressured into anything. I was referred by Dr Michelle Proud who I also have had only wonderful experiences with. My experience at Fertility Solutions was faultless. I was fortunate enough to have Nurse Nicki with me for my journey through IVF. She was incredibly empathetic and knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was her one and only client. She had an incredible impact on my experience. The admin staff were also prompt and professional to deal with. Thankyou to all involved, we are so appreciative.
