Miscommunication, not enough explanation of the process and steps, rude staff . I highly advise you stay away from this clinic and select a better option. The staff has been extremely rude to me, don’t know if it’s because of my accent that they are talking to me like an idiot and think I am less than them. I just want to talk with a doctor to explain how I feel and what me and my partner are experiencing ( I have done years of blood tests and scans , they don’t want to see them). There will never be enough ‘Thank yous’ that we can give to Fertility Fusion. The care that we received from all of the staff was amazing, a special thanks to Erica, Kerry and Kelly. After two NHS rounds we finally have our baby boy - he is everything we could have ever wished for and more!
Before starting this review, I want to preface it with the fact I feel so grateful that I live in an area where we are eligible for 3 full rounds of treatment on the NHS but I would sacrifice the 3rd round if it meant each round was more personal and more tests were done during cycles. We were referred due male factor Infertility (this is important to remember). I've attended the practice only twice however I have never known such amazing patient care. My appointment today was with Erica and Nicola they really went above and beyond to calm my nerves and make me feel comfortable throughout the appointment/procedure. They were very knowledgeable and I left with great, clear advice. I really cannot praise them and the clinic itself enough. Thankyou for making this nervous patient feel so positive for the future!
