This is the worst practice to ever go to or take your children to. There is no communication between staff members. One person says on thing and the other staff member says another. You call and they never answer the phones. Ive left several messages to have to manager call me with no return call. Staffs rude! Don’t waste your time.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with this fertility clinic was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We chose this practice mainly because it was more affordable than other options. When you’re trying to conceive, cost is a huge factor. What other doctors couldn’t achieve, Dr. Amesse made possible. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but his entire team was supportive, kind, and always quick to respond. I got pregnant so fast under his care, and I will forever be grateful for what he has done for my family.
This office is the best! The energy from the office staff is so calm and pleasant. The doctor is super personable and made the patient feel comfortable. We were so at ease in this office and we were really impressed!
My rating is very unfortunate as the experience with the doctor was great. The doctor himself is very compassionate and caring and seems to know exactly what needed to be done. However, the office front desk and staff seem to lack basic knowledge on how things actually work in the medical field.
