The woman at the front desk is extremely rude! Very insensitive to patients. It makes the whole process of infertility so much harder. Please tell your doctors office to not use this company for labs. It will make your life much easier. To FC Lab, the people you hire shows alot about your mission and patient satisfaction, your front desk person is not doing your company any good.
Horrible unprofessional company.
My wife and I had embryos stored here, or should I say “have”. After storing our embryos here in 2019 we received a letter stating that if we wanted to terminate the embryos to send the letter back checking the box stating our intentions. After careful thought and consideration we decided we no longer needed them. Much to our surprise a year later we got an invoice from them for another year of storage. Very friendly staff!
I went here for drive up COVID test for pre-op. The young Indian lady who took my test was absolutely, genuinely kind and gentle. It's not fun having that thing up your nose, but she was so calm she made me comfortable. Kudos.
