The wait time here is actually ridiculous, they ask there patients to book times for there procedures but have no time management skills not even the courtesy to inform patients what’s happening, Booked an 8:30am appointment for a marina insertion waited till 12:10pm to actually have my procedure, however once I finally got into the operating room my anaesthesiologist and doctor were amazing, told me what would happen during the procedure while I was asleep.
A very hasty start with little to no explanation from front end staff for paper work.. They make you wait for almost 2 hours before even getting to change rooms. There is no need to make patients come at 8 or 8:30 am when you only have one main doctor doing procedures and everyone will only get queued up waiting for the turn.. Doctor and nurses are devent and courteous but front end doctors/attendants are rude, dry and careless.
What a lovely clinic. I was very nervous but felt very looked after and respected. My counsellor in particular was such a lovely woman. Everything was explained to me at each step but I never felt overwhelmed or confused. Would very highly recommend.
I don't know who your receptionist is, but she literally has no people skills. She is rude, dismissive and blunt. Maybe she should stop to think about why someone is calling a clinic such as yours, and what they may be going through. I will never recommend this place to anyone, I have also informed my GP to never refer her patients here again.
I’m usually quite private about my health, but my experience at this clinic was exceptional and I want to share it for anyone who feels nervous or has had negative healthcare experiences in the past. I previously had a traumatic experience with endometriosis - having my Mirena inserted and feeling completely isolated and unheard throughout everything, so when it came time for a replacement, I was determined to have it done under anaesthetic.
