Worst clinic and worst experience. Everyone moving there like headless chooks, referred by another clinic and they were treating like they are doing so well, surgical procedure refused and again offered and you can make out from the face of doctors and nurses that they are not ready but they pretend they are too welcoming and as expected after 3 hours its been refused, worth not paying more than 400 dollars for poor service where pre-procedure checks were ignored.
Fantastic clinic, I’ve been there twice now for my marina insertion and in 7 yrs ive had no issues at all. I highly recommend this place for marina insertion. Don’t go GP’s clinics for the love of god!! Plz Thaks guys
if you're lucky enough to be able to get your iud put in under anaesthesia, run don't walk. It was fully covered by my PHI. The worst pain is putting in an IV, and then you teleport to another room with biscuits. After hearing so many horror stories, I was glad to be able to skip through the pain of being awake for insertion.
I had a terrible and quite traumatic experience here while getting my IUD inserted. Before my appointment, I requested a female doctor if possible, but throughout the process at least three different staff members made me feel as though this was an inconvenient request, which I don't think it should be as it's a fertility control clinic (!). Great experience. I got a Cooper IUD. Everyone was so nice, from the admission lady to the nurses. Thank you so much for your kindness and support. Would definitely recommend the clinic.
