No one ever responds to that phone number and no contact from the doctors as well
This clinic was mentally draining and appalling no good communication between consultant, patients and GP. Wasn’t given more options had one test which was an ultrasound it’s coming up to 3 years haven’t received my results had to complain to PALS which then the consultant rang, wasn’t interested one bit to what I had explained to her and said I didn’t do the test which I did and told her the exact day. I found it challenging at first with appointments being rearranged. But when treatment actually begun, the staff were brilliant. This is such a scary and vulnerable time, I feel so grateful for Chimeka and her kindness. Not to mention the other staff. I initially felt nervous too after reading some of the comments, everyone’s expectations and experiences are different. If you’re reading this and have just been referred, good luck and you’ve got this
Would help if you actually answered the phone And what’s the point if you gonna have to wait another 5 to 6 months to have another follow up appointment than to wait another 3 months just for over the phone appointment So shocking staff very rude not helpful at all Wouldn’t even give 1 star shocking service
