FCI gave me a PLAN! I have been a patient at FCI for two months now and I have been pleased so far. Dr. Lederer is patients, caring, and kind. He explains things very clearly and is patient with me when I have millions of questions! I always find that the nurses are kind and have answered all of my questions. necessary evil Dr. Lederer is very understanding and compassionate, which was the only tolerable part of our whole experience with FCI. Appointment schedules got screwed up quite frequently, and I never got the same answers or instructions from the rest of the staff.
The Best! I went to this center a few years ago and I now have a son because of the doctors and nurses here. They really know what they are doing and make you comfortable the entire time. I also knew they paid attention to everything on my chart and I never had to repeat myself on visits. My appointments were always on time. They are very organized and all insurance was handled smoothly, I never had to get involved with that process. They are the best around.
What a Disappointment! After a few years of Infertility treatment my husband and I decided to go to FCI, After scheduling our appointment 1 month out and rearranging our work schedules to accommodate our appointment we were a little disappointed to receive a call a few days prior to our First appointment that our Doctor was going to be in a conference.
