Michelle was very rude. Once I finally received my partial deposit back, it was wrong. I had to have my Insurance Provider call their office for me, only to be told yes she did pay this amount but that amount was wrong. My insurance provider then said well you over charged her we paid a portion of that, only to be told that the person that can help us does not have a phone number and that we could leave her a message. This office is filthy and outdated with peeling wallpaper from the 1980's, thin walls that offer no privacy, and ancient medical equipment. My husband and I were considering switching fertility clinics between our last IUI and our first IVF, so we scheduled a consultation here. We were shocked by the conditions of this office. When we walked in, the first things we noticed were that 1.) everything is at least 30 years old, 2.) the person answering phones was also doing blood draws right there in front of everyone.
