I have had some chronic health issues that have been very hard to find healing from. Dr. Monica has been such a gem to work with. She is patient, knowledgeable, gentle, and knows what she is doing! I didn’t have a period for over a year, and after a few months of seeing her consistently, I am now having a period again! Highly recommend.

Dr. Dayanand is a wonderful physician and person. I was new to these types of treatments and greatly appreciate her caring approach. Give FMM a try! I suggest being as open/honest as you can be so she can personalize the treatments to your unique needs.

I saw Dr. Monica for several weeks leading up to my birth for acupuncture appointments. My husband and I also took her Partner Yoga & Birth Prep class. I highly recommend both of these services! I felt physically, mentally, and emotionally more prepared for labor and delivery after seeing Dr. Monica. The tools my husband and I learned in the birth class were so helpful in managing the pain during and after labor!

Monica is fantastic! I'm new to Chinese medicine and acupuncture so was nervous to try. In our time together, she's helped me understand, and appreciate, the nuances of my cycle and regulate some minor hormonal disruptions that previously caused menstrual cramps and acne. My skin is much clearer and I feel more "regulated" as a whole. Highly recommend to feel your best.
