Agreed with previous review. They do not communicate and don't return calls. They don't keep timely books and send past due notices months after payments have been made. Called to cancel service and had to leave a voicemail as no one seems to answer the phone. A week later crew shows up and applies treatment. Called again and left another voicemail. Filled out online contact form. May have to send a certified letter. It doesn't have to be this difficult.
