Renovations began on 3/1/2024 and as of today, 7/14/2024, our grill is still looking like this, unfinished. Followed-up countless times with the promise that they will complete the project but they strung us along all these months. This is what a $4800 grill will get you (paid in full). Don't let the lack of reviews or the negative one scary you off! I asked them about it, and they were honest and open. Rusty and Joe were fantastic to work with. We met Rusty at one of the home and garden shows. He followed up with us when he knew we were getting closer to closing on our new home build. In 2018, we had Fertibloom put down turf and some bricking. The bricking install was fine. However, the turf was not installed correctly. We questioned the installation regarding the seams (where the rolls of turf meets) and the edging gaps (around the fireplace bricking) and was told that they would fix themselves over time. The seams and the gaps did not correct or improve, but have gotten much worse over time. The seams are highly visible (3 seams in the yard) and are very unpleasant to step on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Found this company through the Phx. Home Show. They were advertising a $3.99 turf install, I did ask the the gentleman if that included the base, and he said, up to 2". When the designer came to take measurements, he said that the price did not include the base, just the grass and laying it. He admitted that the advertising was very confusing and that they were changing it.
