Last year I had a text message scheduled for application on my front and backyard. We had a long fall and the trees was still loosing there leaves. I didn't had a chance to clean the yeard or cancel the application for that day. The employee came and spray on top of the dead leaves on the grass making the entire application a waste of material and company time. We love Ferta-Lawn. They help our lawn look great.
They're not great at responding in a timely and professional manner, and show up outside of reasonable hours despite requests not to. The communication and cooperation is lacking. The lawn doesn't look any better after 3 applications. Update: They showed up AGAIN outside of reasonable business hours, provided no notice, and made both my child AND dogs sick by not informing us of the application on the lawn.
