Went in for an appointment after my car failed inspection last Thursday for a loose right tire rod. The gentleman who helped me with my inspection was so nice and kind and got me scheduled for today 10/30 at 10am to get it fixed and reinspected. I show up right at 10 and was absolutely yelled at and told I was wasting their time and that they had no record of an appointment even after showing them my slip I was given. Just got my inspection sticker that was long overdue. The young man who did the inspection was so pleasant and friendly I just had to leave a review. It’s amazing what a good attitude and smile can do. Also everyone is always friendly here, I appreciate the window wash while filling up on gas. Nicely run business.
